We understand your frustration, but due to power outage which is a result of flooding of underground stations at our largest call center, we have been struggling to answer calls. The expectation is that the call center will be up sometime on Tuesday, May 9th. A representative will call you.

I cannot believe that a company " so big " does not have a live operator . I wasted my time trying to get talk to a person but all I can do is leave a message and wait for someone to call back, I just hope that is soon and not a week from now. bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla blabla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
