Your water filter is covered under our warranty for 15 years, however the cartridge has to be replaced as this is not a warranty item. Please contact Customer Service at 800-279-3733 and when asked for your account number press the # sign. They will ask questions about the purchase of your water filter to locate your account. They will then provide information for the purchase of a cartridge. I have attached a copy of our Helpful Hints with our warranties and other information.

Water running slow, filter replacement needed. Never been replaced since I purchased it. I have a lifetime warranty on the filter.
