Damage pot.
I am very happy the I got a 14 piece set as a wedding gift in 1994.
The person who gifted has passed away.i need to know if I can get some air valve, they're all damage now and my 5 qt pot bottom has erupted in 3 areas eruptions size.25cnts coin.pls I like to have those replaced if possible. yanetcabanilla@***.com

Recently my father bought a blender from Royal prestige usually theres sales people that come to your house and pressure you to buy kitchen ware which is where my father got pushed to buy a supposedly $500 blender that it came up to $1,392.45. It frustrates me because this people call you non stop and pressures you to buy stuff that you actually dont even need.
I understand they might use a marketing strategy to push people to buy but its unfair to lie and manipulate your customers by saying that you have some cash rewards that you can use towards your purchase but at the end you end up paying the full price which doesnt make senses .
This is for customers who plan to buy anything from them. Thank you for your time!

Poor customer, service, and product not as advertised
I purchased an air purifier with the price of $2000. When I received the package I decided not to open it till the sales rep comes to my home to do a demonstration.
When she showed up and open up the package as we were looking at it, I realize that there was no way to turn it on which meant the power cord was not in the package.
Once I called customer service regarding the matter the representative didnt show empathy as to why I was upset that what I was purchasing did not come complete. That to me, just shows lack of interest in providing good customer service to those people that are spending this much money.
Bad non stick product
Is been 5 months since I purchase the non stick product and is been a nightmare with customer service and distributor, I havent use the product in that time because they came defective and after that I have to pay shipping to send it back and get the process of warranty, no only pay the product every month but I cant use it, this is the worse product and company for the money they cost

U Esta es la compañía más estafadora que he visto. Me encontré con un representante de RP llamado Raymond Torrealba, le pregunté por sus productos y comenté que quería un buen sartén que no se pegara la comida, el fue a mi casa y me enseñó un juego de salten de 2000 dólares que según el tenia garantía de por vida, piedra volcánica y acero quirúrgico, ese día mi esposo que estaba en casa le cuenta que nos gusta mucho cocinar que si estaba seguro del producto y el afirmó que era lo mejor, yo me quedé con el producto y los 15 dias el producto estaba dañado, ellos no me quieren quitar el financiamiento porque no tienen póliza de satisfacción del cliente solo tienes 3 dias para devolver el producto sin usarlo y el producto llegó a la casa en 7 days por FedEx so todo es una mentira,sin lo peor.El señor Torrealba no me contestaba las llamadas ni mensajes por mi queja y el por gandio me mostró solo los más caros y no los bueno para mi uso, los sartenes vendidos son para cocinado en bajas temperaturas lo cual no fue aclarado.

Defective product and no refund policy
Hycite / Royal Prestige does not stand behind their product, there is no guaranty they help with any defective product, only say the apply the guaranty to exchange but no refund. The agent did not explain that once open the box it is not possible to return the item. It is frustrating Royal Prestige only wants your money, their selling practices are deceiving

escribire esto en español me estafaron con un modos operandi en el cual cai y aun no lo puedo creer el vendedor llevó a su esposa embarazada a mi apartamento para ofrecerme el producto y utilizar el embarazo de su esposa como anzuelo y que yo tuviera pesar y les comprara el producto y ahora han dañado mi credito el cual apenas estaba empezando a construir estafadores y mentirosos los vendedores de royal prestige son unos mentirosos

False information and promises
I was made believe that I could easily apply and obtain a scholarship to attend the local technical college, $2500 per semester, to be exact. This information is false.
I returned the product that I had purchased and theyre calling me. I called the main number and I was told that I cant even get a replacement for a pot with a broken handle.

You're looking for "sympathy", not "empathy". The latter would apply only if the customer service person had purchased a $2000 air purifier without a power cable. You want : "Sure, we will send you a cable via FedEx overnight" , not "Oh I hate it when I buy an appliance missing the power cable".
