Bad service very bad customer care my biggest mistake.

Ms .Mendez’s account is on the verge of being charged off to bad debt due to non- payment. She has not returned our calls or communicated with the distributor. I have moved 2 payment to the end of her account, she must contact credit at 800-280-9708 to make payment arrangement, we cannot provide service if she refuses to communicate with us.

Royal Prestige - Harassment at it's best!

I purchased a highly overpriced item from this company some 10 yrs ago under the impression that this would improve my credit score. I finished making the payments, which I concluded, ended my relationship with the company.

Since about 8 years ago, I've been receiving phone calls from this company. Every single time, I've asked to be removed from the calling list as I do not wish to purchase anything additional from them and do not require service. Every time I've asked them to remove me, they've stated they will but still, I continue to receive calls from them, 10 years later. Not only do I continue to receive calls but they are increasingly rude and disrespectful.

Yesterday, I received 2 calls, one at 10:10 am and the next at 11:23 am, both from different numbers. On the 2nd call, the man told me that, in order to end calls I had to push 'the line', I asked what he referred to and he said 'the line on your butt' and then proceeded to hang up on me, the customer. This, while funny to some, obviously him, it was not in the least bit amusing to me.

The level of ignorance and lack of customer service received from the members of this company who continue to call me on a regular basis, though I've requested hundreds of times to be removed from the calling lists, is not only infuriating but harassing and I would urge anyone looking to do business with this company not to.

I just spoke to Geraldina and apologized for the calls she was receiving from our independent distributors trying to sell her additional merchandise. As a result of our conversation I have removed all of her personal information from our database and informed the Vice President of Sales of the problems she experienced. Geraldina agreed that she would be happy with no further contact.

Royal Prestige - Water Filtration Rip Off

Royal prestige sales pitch foundation is on the quality of the water that is purified from its filtration system. I had a professional do a check on the water being released from my filter in comparison to that from my faucet and the professional used a standard TDS monitor.

The monitor readings showed that the water released from my filter was no different from that being released from my faucet. I'm paying to send a sample of the water to a lab. After spending so much money on this filter I am thoroughly disappointed. For what I paid for this filter I could have invested in a reverse osmosis water filtration system, and paid less.

The products from this company are a rip off. I hope to have a case to file a suit against the company. I know so many people who invest their hard earned money on their products and honestly the sales pitch that the food is healthier, the pots are healthier, their products promote weight loss... these are false.

I have seen no difference. The pots get stained and you have to constantly buy their cleaning liquid to clean the products. After spending over $2300 on their products, I am the thoroughly unsatisfied. I wish I had never invested this money.

My recommendation to others is... before investing in this product research a reverse osmosis water filtration system. You will spend less, and you will be more satisfied. Your water will be cleaner and you will get what you paid for.

The company representatives don't even know what TDS means when you call to ask them what is the company's standard on the TDS levels in the water. For those who don't know, TDS is Total Dissolved Solids they are the total amount of mobile charged ions, including minerals, salts or metals dissolved in a given volume of water, expressed in units of mg per unit volume of water (mg/L), also referred to as parts per million (ppm). Any number under 50 in your water is good. Any number above 50 means your water is not good.

The levers in my faucet where between 320 and 360 depending on the time of day. The water in my filter were between 340 and 380 depending on the time of day. This is absolutely not good. I asked the customer service department what their policy was on the quality of the water their filters produced and what measure or standard was used in determining the quality of the water released from the water filtration system and I was given the run around.

I finally gave up.

I'm saving up for a different water filter.

Choosing a product certified by NSF lets you know the company complies with strict standards and procedures imposed by NSF. From extensive product testing and material analyses to unannounced plant inspections, every aspect of a product's development is thoroughly evaluated before it can earn our certification.

Most importantly, NSF certification is not a one-time event, but involves regular on-site inspections of manufacturing facilities and regular re-testing of products to ensure that they continue to meet the same high standards required to maintain certification over time. If for any reason a product fails to meet one or more certification criteria, NSF will take enforcement actions to protect you, including product recall, public notification or de-certification.

I have attached the Performance Data Sheet for the Frescapure 3000 plus that Mr Fernandez owns, showing the performance as determined by NSF testing.

As you can see from the performance data report, lead, viruses and bacteria are the primary concerns in tap water and our filtration system removes 99% of these.

The TDS meter is another way to measure water but does not consider the chlorine, lead, bacteria and virus that our filters remove.

Royal Prestige Filter Is No Good

I currently have the Tap water filter it only lasted 1 week working, then just broke, I've contacted Royal Prestige and I have yet to receive my replacement. Would honestly love my money back instead but according to them, they can not do that.

I find it very frustrating to pay 2 thousand dollars on items, and not being high quality as they claim. Wouldn't purchase again, but now stuck with this filter, might as well make the best of it.

Very disappointed with Item, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Hope the replacement I'm supposed to be receiving soon don't just last a week as well.

Customer Service is calling the customer to arrange a call tag to pick up the water filter for inspection, we have advised them to send the filter in for inspection previously so we can honor the warranty but they have failed to follow through on this. We will inspect the filter and take whatever steps are necessary to insure that their filter functions properly.

I am very happy that I find people with the same problem that I have. This company is horrible, people should not pay all that money for those *** products.

They have no guarantee.

I had problem with my filter and they refused to change it or repair it. They even sent me a different one in worse conditions.

Horrible, this company has NO GUARANTEE. I want to let people know that they SHOULD NOT SPEND THEIR MONEY in this products.

I sent my Filter to their ware house and they sent me a different one that was not even my filter and they did not even touch it, did not fix it, and did not promised to change it.

Customer Service is Horrible, they do not care about the Client; once you become a Customer, they do not care about anything. Once again, this Company has no Giarantee.

Nairoby Pena returned the water filter for inspection because it was not working. When the package was opened, the filter was teeming with cockroaches. The filter was returned to Nairoby with a letter that the filter be cleaned prior to returning again for inspection. The cockroaches would prevent the filter from working properly. Our warranty covers the water filter providing it is not a result of misuse or negligence.

I have been a client for 10 years. One year and a half ago I bought a water filter and my distributor gave me horrible service.

She never came back after she received her money. She was rude and told me other new costumers were more important. She never showed work ethics. After we received our filter, my husband had to install it because they were nowhere to be found.

I recently bought a water cartilage only to find out I got it more expensive because I ordered it directly from the company. At this point I feel disrespected and mad that I have not been treated like a respected costumer as I was promised. I used to think Royal Prestige was a serious company that took care of their clients and hope I can save that image somehow in the midst of this horrible experience. I have called the company multiple times letting them know my complaints and they have just expressed they don't cate how I feel because they can't do anything for me.

They are not sales person, therefore they can not help me at all. It is now beyond ridiculous that my business and money is not appreciated.

I would like to speak to someone that can help me with my complaint and that cares. I would hope to see Royal Prestige take responsibility for their costumer service and somehow make me feel valued.

We have removed the price of the cartridge from her account and apologized for her frustration. She has received a cartridge at no charge and I explained that she never contacted us about a problem with the installation of her filter. We cannot resolve an issue if we are not made aware that it exists. We appreciate her business and she is a valued customer.

I am sending you this message on behalf of my wife. Isidra Diaz, she has been a long time user of your products .

She recently came in contact with someone who claimed to be a distributor of your products. Mr. Jose A. Blanco.

Mr. Blanco came to our apartment back in June or July of 2015, he left with a 4qt. Pot with it's cover, that wife had purchased a long time ago. Here we are in April of 2016, and since then the pot in question has disappeared.

He gave her a 3qt. Pot with no cover, know he's claiming that someone had to have taken the pot. Since my last contact with Mr. Blanco which was on April 14, 2016.

He has relocated his office of operation and his cell phone is full of messages. It's not allowing you to leave a message. I have reached out to Mr.Blanco several times to no avail. It is sad that this has taken place but if this is the kind of people you have out there representing your company I will not allow my wife to deal with you company ever again.

You can reach my wife on Her cell phone 1 (34*) 898-****. I don't wish to deal with anyone from your company and will never have my wife recommend your products to anyone we know.

Our Customer Service department is contacting Isidra Diaz so she may return her 7 ply pans that are separating for replacements per our warranty which covers, handles, top knobs, whistles and manufacturing defects. Our Customer Service number is on our websites and all literature, including packing slips sent to our customers. On March 4th, 2016 she spoke to our Customer Service department and was sent warranty replacements and she was give a Return Authorization to return her pans with layers that are separating. We have not received them as of this date. We will replace her pans that are separating with new pans and covers since her previous pans are no longer available from the manufacturer, which she was told over the phone . I have instructed them to have her return the 3 quart and we will replace that also with a 4 quart with cover.

Royal Prestige - Horrible Customer Service

To be honest since the beginning I know it was a mistake ordering the product, I felt forced by the sales representative to buy it, I wasn't done saying no when the rep started filling up the paperwork so I agreed to give it a try, then they called to say that one of the products was not going to be available until April in other words I have to pay for something I don't even have. When I try to call customer service to cancel the order I got a bad attitude from the customer service rep so I asked to speak to the manager I wasn't even done explaining my issue when the manager started giving me attitude so after this horrible call they told me I only had 3 days to cancel the order nobody ever told me but ignorant me I didn't read the contract and the only option the manager gave me was not to pay the bill and let the account go to collections and ruin my credit.

So now I'm stuck paying more than a thousand dollars for a product I don't have and I don't want. Lesson leader never do business with Royal Prestige again and always always read the fine print on the contract.

Ms. Monarrez called and spoke to the credit department, Customer Care and the Customer Care Manger on 2/23/16. As Customer Care Manager I explained the contract that she had signed on 2/14/16 that included the Notice of Cancellation. She also acknowledged that she had agreed to receive the back ordered item in April when she verified her order. I explained that if she had indicated at that time she wanted to cancel the whole process would have been stopped and the order canceled. I froze her account so no interest would accrue and that her first payment would be due in May after receipt of the last item she ordered and she agreed to the payment delay. I was not rude and neither were any of our employees.

So, unhappy about the purchase of rogal prestige cookware, promise non stick pots, waste 2000.00, in these pots, I'm a single mother of 5 kids, now in debt with my credit card. I work 2 jobs to support my kids.can't believe they trick people to buy these kind of product. :(

Problem not solved

I bought a cookware set, 5 pots with covers that cost us almost $2,000.00. The salesman was very nice, came over to my house on time, respond to my calls fast and explained me that all the cookware is made of very fine materials in Italy or German.

I was interested because I wasn't buying something from China, Taiwan or Thailand but before I made my decision I told him specifically that I would buy it only if it was made, like he said, in Italy or German. After I received the merchandise, 4 pots were fine but one was made in Thailand. I called him to let him know, he came over to confirm and told me that he didn't know that but he will do something about it. After he left, do not answer to my calls, doesn't respond my messages.

I called the company, they said that will have an answer for me in 48 hours, never got back to me.

They just took the money and that's it.

Nee replacement parts

The one time I called for replacement parts, a a couple of steamer tops and a handle they insisted on having exact date. Twenty years after the fact I remembered the name of the sales person and the approximate date but did not still have a receipt.

Do not count on the life time guarantee. Noe I hope I can get a copy of the cook book since I lost mine. I want them to honor their agreement. I can attach a photograph.

I like cooking with the pots and pans.

I hope they will take care of then. I do need that cook book and a handle.

Royal Prestige 9-ply recall is a joke

I have the 9-ply set that is part of the recall process. When I called to get info on the return I got a phone bank in India (big surprise) and was treated VERY rudely.

They said they would replace my very expensive 9-ply with the much cheaper 5-ply and since I no longer had my receipt (purchase was made 5 years ago) they wouldn't include the coupon to make up the difference. This recall is a joke......don't bother.

They know they have a defective product but won't give you an equal quality product to remove it from the market. It's like paying for a Cadillac and then making an even trade for a Chevette.

I have contacted Brad T. by email and offered to replace his 9 ply with our high quality unibody 5 ply cookware which does not have the thermal wall which created the problem. He requested a list of the products he would receive on Friday, July 1, 2015 and I provided the list with the compensation. I did not receive a response from him so on Monday I sent another email asking if he required any further information and as of August 7th, still no response.
