I purchased a highly overpriced item from this company some 10 yrs ago under the impression that this would improve my credit score. I finished making the payments, which I concluded, ended my relationship with the company.
Since about 8 years ago, I've been receiving phone calls from this company. Every single time, I've asked to be removed from the calling list as I do not wish to purchase anything additional from them and do not require service. Every time I've asked them to remove me, they've stated they will but still, I continue to receive calls from them, 10 years later. Not only do I continue to receive calls but they are increasingly rude and disrespectful.
Yesterday, I received 2 calls, one at 10:10 am and the next at 11:23 am, both from different numbers. On the 2nd call, the man told me that, in order to end calls I had to push 'the line', I asked what he referred to and he said 'the line on your butt' and then proceeded to hang up on me, the customer. This, while funny to some, obviously him, it was not in the least bit amusing to me.
The level of ignorance and lack of customer service received from the members of this company who continue to call me on a regular basis, though I've requested hundreds of times to be removed from the calling lists, is not only infuriating but harassing and I would urge anyone looking to do business with this company not to.

Royal prestige sales pitch foundation is on the quality of the water that is purified from its filtration system. I had a professional do a check on the water being released from my filter in comparison to that from my faucet and the professional used a standard TDS monitor.
The monitor readings showed that the water released from my filter was no different from that being released from my faucet. I'm paying to send a sample of the water to a lab. After spending so much money on this filter I am thoroughly disappointed. For what I paid for this filter I could have invested in a reverse osmosis water filtration system, and paid less.
The products from this company are a rip off. I hope to have a case to file a suit against the company. I know so many people who invest their hard earned money on their products and honestly the sales pitch that the food is healthier, the pots are healthier, their products promote weight loss... these are false.
I have seen no difference. The pots get stained and you have to constantly buy their cleaning liquid to clean the products. After spending over $2300 on their products, I am the thoroughly unsatisfied. I wish I had never invested this money.
My recommendation to others is... before investing in this product research a reverse osmosis water filtration system. You will spend less, and you will be more satisfied. Your water will be cleaner and you will get what you paid for.
The company representatives don't even know what TDS means when you call to ask them what is the company's standard on the TDS levels in the water. For those who don't know, TDS is Total Dissolved Solids they are the total amount of mobile charged ions, including minerals, salts or metals dissolved in a given volume of water, expressed in units of mg per unit volume of water (mg/L), also referred to as parts per million (ppm). Any number under 50 in your water is good. Any number above 50 means your water is not good.
The levers in my faucet where between 320 and 360 depending on the time of day. The water in my filter were between 340 and 380 depending on the time of day. This is absolutely not good. I asked the customer service department what their policy was on the quality of the water their filters produced and what measure or standard was used in determining the quality of the water released from the water filtration system and I was given the run around.
I finally gave up.
I'm saving up for a different water filter.
