We do not honor warranties unless the products are purchased from an Authorized Distributor. Our products are resold on various online sites and are not covered under warranty.

So, unhappy about the purchase of rogal prestige cookware, promise non stick pots, waste 2000.00, in these pots, I'm a single mother of 5 kids, now in debt with my credit card. I work 2 jobs to support my kids.can't believe they trick people to buy these kind of product. :(
