I spoke to Patricia Wood and had a Customer Service Specialist contact her to determine the type of cookware she has and the whistles and handles were sent to her under warranty.

The one time I called for replacement parts, a a couple of steamer tops and a handle they insisted on having exact date. Twenty years after the fact I remembered the name of the sales person and the approximate date but did not still have a receipt.

Do not count on the life time guarantee. Noe I hope I can get a copy of the cook book since I lost mine. I want them to honor their agreement. I can attach a photograph.

I like cooking with the pots and pans.

I hope they will take care of then. I do need that cook book and a handle.
